FOREIGNER HOUSING SERVICES IN JAPAN

O2 Group was first started to help non-Japanese clients find affordable housing.  With expensive contracting fees including “key money” and the need for a guarantor most foreigners were limited gaijin houses and slums.

We overcame this by establishing a group of property owners who rent to foreigners without charging key money or requiring guarantors.  Our network of group properties has something for any budget and ranges from economy, family and executive accommodation.
